The Yard Supervisor directs the work activities of all Yard personnel involved in the shipping, receiving and handling of product. The Quality Assurance Technician is responsible for implementing quality methods and protocol in accordance with ADS, and industry standards as well as customer requirements. The Quality Assurance Technician is also responsible for driving Continuous Improvement on companywide initiatives as well as plant specific programs as they arise. This person must demonstrate excellent leadership skills and work coherently with the plant management team. This position will require flexibility to work 40+ hours a week plus weekends as required. The Quality Assurance Technician must also have the flexibility to work various shifts if needed. Travel requirements will be approximately 5%-10% of the time. The Quality Assurance Technician reports directly to the Plant Manager for day to day plant responsibilities and has a direct reporting relationship to the Director of Quality for training, plant support and auditing functions. The Corporate Maintenance Manager is primarily responsible for establishing and driving corporate programs focused on ADS over-the-road fleet and plant forklift equipment. Facilitate maintenance strategies resulting in cost reduction and standardization across the company for fleet and manufacturing operations. The position will ensure all equipment is legal, safe, and operational. The Corporate Maintenance Manager must create a visible and systematic platform for capturing, approving, and reporting repair and maintenance expenses to meet fleet and manufacturing R&M operational budgets. This position requires the flexibility to work 40+ hours per week and travel approximately 40% to ADS locations. The position of Regional Controller is a newly created role which will be responsible for various accounting, reporting/analysis, operational management, and SOX compliance for five plants included in our West Region.  This individual will work closely with the Ohio based corporate accounting and operational accounting teams, along with working with the regional and local plant leadership.
