The Help Desk Specialist diagnoses technical and end-user problems in a customer service-oriented, team environment. This role will also complete common issues work orders or escalate work orders to the appropriate resource.



The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:


  • Completing common work orders
  • Address and resolve basic incidents and requests;
  • Dispatching work orders
  • Log all incidents and requests
  • Create a positive customer support experience and build strong relationships through deep problem understanding, ensuring timely resolution or escalation, communicating promptly on progress, and handling customers with a consummately professional attitude.
  • Engages other Help Desk resources or appropriate IT resources to resolve incidents that are beyond the scope of their ability or responsibility
  • Provide phone support






Job Skills:

This position should possess the following skills/knowledge:


  • MS Office
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Call Center Experience
  • Customer Service Skills






 Educational Requirements:




  • High School Equivalence





 Preferred Experience:




  • 4-year Bachelor Degree
  • 2-years Call Center experience




 Physical Requirements:




  • Able to lift at least 50lbs
