The Business Process role is the key interface to ADS on the Supply Chain processes, procedures and key enablers. This includes Demand Management (DM), Inventory Analysis, Advanced Supply Planning tools (LP/ MIP models), S&OP, and Metrics. This position will assist in design, development, implementation, and measurement of the Supply Chain processes. This position will provide leadership to the business on how the processes, procedures, and tools can help the business and will train / coach key users. This person will also develop business knowledge to become key user of each of key Supply Chain processes. This role will also involve Network and Operational analysis to support capital investment.

Interaction with other Departments or Business units working on common projects
Data Visualization - using data to tell a story and persuade others towards best practices
Working with other associates to improve business processes and practices
LP (Linear Programming), Mixed Integer problems, APS heuristics and algorithms
Experience working with Network and Logistics analysis desired
