    Responsibilities

    Summer internship that will expose candidate to the technical requirements of the Sales & Engineering organizations within ADS. The internship will focus on identifying public project opportunities for field teams. Additionally interns will interact with key internal stakeholders in the field and in our Corporate office to learn, consult and support.  

     

    • Coordinate efforts to identify and qualify territory specific storm sewer projects for ADS field teams
    • Coordinate daily lead services for territory specific sewer projects for field teams within all phases of project life cycle
    • Coordinate identification and qualification of territory specific Capital Improvement Plans (CIP)
    • Input projects into ADS CRM Software ( Salesforce.com ) for team tracking
    • Project specific documentation (if available) shall be organized, packaged, and provided to field teams and ADS Engineering Services for review
    • Project attributes shall be researched within CRM for comparison to past projects with stakeholders, looking for similarities and trends to assist in approval/acceptance efforts
    • Learning ADS via online training, observation and hands-on instruction

    Qualifications:

    • Working towards one of the following college degrees:
    • Engineering (Civil, Environmental or Mechanical)
    • Engineering Technology (Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Construction, Architectural)
