    We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team!

    Responsibilities

    As part of the Talent Acquisition function, this person is a subject matter expert in recruiting processes, programs and projects. While managing day-to-day execution of key processes, this role will also be responsible for critically evaluating and improving the scalability, efficiency, and effectiveness of the Talent Acquisition processes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Build and enhance core recruiting and onboarding processes that are scalable, repeatable & enable the business to hire top talent quickly.
    • Build recruitment strategies that are robust, proactive, and align with business objectives and workforce planning.
    • Assume critical role in the future design of Employer Brand. This includes the creation of consistent Employer Brand and Employer Value Proposition.
    • Review, evaluate and enhance hiring process, including: ATS functionality, candidate experience, requisition process, on-boarding processes, and interviewing process, etc.
    • Manage and enhance the technology platform (ATS) to support hiring processes effectively, easily and progressively, while driving necessary compliance.Builds effective relationships with business partners and collaborates cross-functionally with a moderate level of ambiguity to support processes, programs and projects.
    • Serves as general Talent Acquisition solutions partner to hiring managers and business partners.
    • Identifies risks, trends, and opportunities for improved efficiency or quality service
    • Monitor and ensure compliance to company, state and federal employment guidelines
    • Develop appropriate metrics and scorecards to track and monitor success.
    • Evaluate and adjust Talent Acquisition processes to improve candidate experience.
    • Build out of the campus recruiting program.
    • Development of social media campaigns as a candidate generation tool to drive engagement strategies.
    • Improving our candidate experience and helping us work toward our vision of standardization.
    • Management of employee referral program.
    • Other light recruiting responsibilities as needed.

    Key Attributes for the role:

    • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
    • Strong bias for action. Act as a highly productive project manager for complex sourcing projects.
    • Past experience managing and implementing large-scale sourcing strategies.
    • Ability to maintain relentless attention to details, driving process and managing to goals.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce well thought out recommendations based on data.
    • A working knowledge of current, best in class, recruiting practices.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in an applicable discipline such as Marketing or Human Resources; or commensurate experience.
    • 5+ years of dedicated recruiting experience, focused on recruiting programs and recruiting technology in a corporate setting.
    • Preference given to applicants with extensive experience in iCIMS ATS; utilization and system enhancments
