The Yard Customer Service Specialist is responsible for greeting and managing all walk-in sales and customer pick-ups. Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to: providing exceptional and friendly customer service, order management and confirmation, generating Bills-of-Lading, order entry/maintenance with the help of Customer Service Representatives (CSR’s) and managing inbound/outbound freight administration. This position requires proven computer proficiency and knowledge of shipping and receiving practices. This position requires the flexibility to work 40+ hours per week and weekends as required. The Customer Service Specialist reports directly to the Yard Manager.
