    National Account Managers work primarily with the large retail chains, hardware and plumbing co-ops, buying groups, Lumber yard chains, building material, landscape and irrigation stores.


    Primary Job Responsibilities:

    The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

    • Develop and implement corporate programs
    • Design and implement targeted and account specific business plans to facilitate growth and new product placement.
    • Manager and work all Trade Shows
    • Formulate and implement business and sales analysis based on customer, region and product.
    • Introduce and “sell” new products. Get product placement within the NA market.
    • Increase market share in the retail, co-op and irrigation segments.
    • Work with Field representatives to facilitate sales on a local level.
    • Design and work with customers to help them grow their local market shares and sell more ADS/Hancor drainage products.
    • Manage and implement pricing. Both National and Local.
    • Work with all aspects of Advertising/Marketing and coordinating between customer and ADS/Hancor marketing.

    Educational Requirements:

    • Bachelor Degree

    Preferred Experience:

    • 5-10 years of selling experience
    • Building Materials Sales experience
    • Retail/National account sales

    Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to travel
