    Responsibilities

    Come join us! As part of the Talent Acquisition function, the Recruiter will be responsible for the development, implementation and execution of strategic sourcing strategies to support high volume hiring across multiple regions within North America. 

    In addition to having the ability to multi-task, prioritize and adapt to ever-evolving hiring goals and priorities, the successful candidate will:

     

    The Role

    • Partner closely with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to support the talent acquisition process from requisition approval to onboarding
    • Develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow to meet overall recruiting goals, as well as pipelines for upcoming searches
    • Actively source candidates utilizing resume databases, networks, and social media and other job boards
    • Development of creative, "out-of-the-box" methods for identifying potential candidates
    • Perform local and national sourcing and pipelining for active and passive talent profiles
    • Conduct heavy market research on candidate skill sets, demographics and hiring trends
    • Search on traditional and non-traditional data sources such as: job boards, internal databases, search engines, social media, web mining, etc.
    • Collaborate with team members regularly to create innovative sourcing methods
    • Analyze data to drive sourcing decisions and support leaders
    • Review resumes for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements
    • Conduct high volume phone screens to assess availability, interest level, compensation and basic qualifications and refer qualified candidates to Recruiters
    • Manage applicant tracking system including updating applicant status throughout the process, phone screen synopsis, and documentation of all feedback from hiring managers
    • Manage job postings on a variety of external job sites

    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce well thought out recommendations based on data.
    • A working knowledge of current, best in class, recruiting practices.

    What You’ll Need

    • 1 - 3 years of direct sourcing experience; agency experience strongly preferred
    • Proven ability to directly source talent at all levels adopting and implementing creative sourcing methods
    • Experience with a broad range of recruitment tools including social media, networking platforms and internet searches to generate prospects
    • Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and applicant tracking systems
    • Excellent customer service skills and relationship management skills with consultative approach to partnering with hiring managers, HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition partners
    • Excellent communication on the phone, in person, and strong writing skills
    • Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills; self-motivated and capable of working independently with a sense of urgency
