    Position: Geosynthetics Specialist

    Position Summary:
    Specialist is responsible for sales and growth by means of building relationships, supporting prospective sales force in assigned geography and traveling in assigned territory to meet with engineers, distributors, contractors, state and municipal agencies.


    Specific Responsibilities:

    • Field Territory
    o Travel, train and work with local sales representatives to ensure their knowledge of products
    o Assist sales representatives in meetings with distributors, engineers and contractors
    o Train distributors on product offering and where to find opportunities to sale products
    o Perform presentations and training seminars
    o Obtain and track competitive feedback throughout territory
    o Assist local sales representatives and distributors with pricing needs
    o Work on agency approval for ADS label and any specialized products
    o Attend Geosynthetic specific shows in your territory where needed
    o Meet with local sales management in travels and discuss territory and local participation
    o Track performance of territory and individual accounts
    o Travel territory weekly


    •Technical Assistance
    o Provide guidance to field personnel on specification reviews
    o Work with engineering community on projects for product specifications

    o Other

    o Small internal group projects as directed by management
    o Prepare and submit monthly reports
    o Assist in project/product forecast
