    The Process Developer role is the primary support role for the ADS Supply Chain team.  This includes models such as:  Demand Management (DM), Inventory Planning(IP), Detailed Supply Planning tools (LP/ MIP models), S&OP, and logistics transportation(LTM).  This person will design, build, test and manage the SQL server based models in support of the Supply Chain business teams.   They will also develop key metrics and dashboards using the Arkieva Supply Chain software.


    Primary Job Responsibilities:

    • Metrics and dashboard development: Responsible for the design, development and support of the key business metrics and dashboards. Working with key business leaders to develop the key metrics used by management and supply chain staff.
    • SQL server development: The development and maintenance of SQL stored procedures and base SQL code for reporting and data management with the various Supply chain models.
    • Modeling: design, develop, Implement and maintain various supply chain models in support of the supply chain management team.
    • Oracle ERP systems Integration: Responsible for the interfaces between the Oracle ERP system and the Arkieva external database. Will work with Oracle IT Business Manager to build and maintain the Oracle interfaces and insure master data accuracy. SQL server stored procedures are used to process data to share between the two systems.
    • Optimization and Heuristics: Will need to understand the basic theory behind the LP optimizations performed in the models. Initially this person would be involved with testing and tuning these functions. This position could get involved with the development of LP and heuristic based optimization techniques, if the person’s skills and desires lead them in that direction.

    Educational Requirements:

    • Masters or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field preferred or equivalent work experience.

    Preferred Experience:

    • ERP or MRP system knowledge
    • SQL query tools
    • Supply Chain analytics or web dashboard metric
    • Basic DBA table maintenance work
    • Mircosoft.Net, Arkieva.net, or similar tools
