The Customer Service Representative provides a solution based service to our valued customers. A successful individual will be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment with professionalism and efficiency. This position requires a highly motivated team player who is willing to go above and beyond while displaying a positive, optimistic and upbeat outlook. This position reports to the Customer Service Supervisor and working hours are 11:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. EST.
