Remote   The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is the single point of contact for all project quotations and works directly with the ADS field sales representatives on a daily basis, and external customers on a limited basis. The main forms of communication that the ISR’s have are either over the phone, via e-mail, or through Chatter (Salesforce). The Drain Basin Puller is responsible for properly identifying the correct dimensions of a drain basin outlet and fabricating a pulled stub for the eventual installation of a drain basin branch.  The parameters of such a pull must be maintained in a controlled temperature environment such that the basin body is heated to a formable temperature and then cooled after the pull to a solid state so that the resulting inner dimensions of the pull is receptive to the outer dimensions of the drain basin branch.  Daily communication regarding department performance with Production Manager is required.  Ultimate goal is to produce high quality parts with minimum downtime in the most safe and economical manner. The Drain Basin Puller must be flexible to work 40+ hours per week. The Drain Basin Puller reports directly to the Production Manager.   Job Responsibilities: The tasks, duties, and responsibilities of the Drain Basin Puller include, but are not limited to: - Monitor in the incoming quality and specifications of the raw material such that all parameters meet the dimensions of the sales order - Ensure the accuracy of the pull by correctly identifying the proper pull tooling based on the type of branch called for on the sales order - Ensure safe operations of all machines by following specified safety guidelines - Careful operation of basin heater pads such that the basins are heated to a formable temperature - Work intimately with the Drain Basin Layout Operator to manage incoming raw material to department - Proper set up and maintenance of equipment used in the department - Support Production Manager in daily activities - Seek improvements in production efficiencies - Monitor the quality of products produced and ensure that all initial products are approved by the Quality Manager. - Understand and practice ADS CORE VALUES  Job Skills: The Drain Basin Puller should possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities: - Ability to organize procedural steps in order to maximize production capacity through multi-tasking operations in producing multiple basins, simultaneously - Operational knowledge of hydraulic presses - Ability to lift product up to 40 pounds - Attention to detail - Work well under stress and pressure of fast paced production environment - Maintain a clean working environment and minimize product clutter - Able to start and finish detailed projects with minimal supervision - Mathematical skills Educational Requirements: - High School education or equivalent.   Preferred Experience: - Manufacturing experience in a production/shop floor environment - Prior hydraulic press experience a plus Physical Requirements: - Ability to lift a maximum of 100 lbs - Ability to perform labor in extreme temperatures and temperature changes for long periods of time - Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time - Position requires full range of body movement including lifting, twisting, bending, reaching, pulling and pushing - Ability to mount and dismount industrial equipment

Summary: The Quality Specialist is responsible for implementing quality methods and protocol in accordance with ADS Quality System. The Quality Specialist is also responsible for supporting Continuous Improvement on companywide initiatives as well as supporting plant specific projects as they arise.  The Quality Specialist reports directly to the Quality Process Manager and has a dotted line to Plant Manager.     Primary Job Responsibilities: - Maintain Quality Assurance (Lab Quality) portion of ADS Quality System so that requirements are being met. This constitutes 40% of the Specialists work week. - Lab sample testing that has been submitted by the plant team - Published lab sample correlation feedback to Line Operators - Weekly auditing to ensure Lab Sample compliance - Communicate issues found during Lab testing to the plant and work with yard team to quarantine product that may be found as non-conforming product. - Monitor the Quality Control (Plant Quality) portion of the ADS Quality System - Audit Plant quality entries to ensure proper and accurate data. - Support Wired Plant compliance through training, follow-up, and documentation to plant management team for new or ongoing issues - Facilitate required quality training at home and sister plants as needed during the Plant designated scheduled training times - Annual required training and sign-off (NTPEP) - Continuous Improvement Training - Quality Procedure Updates - Training for items found on regular Line and Yard inspections - Track Plant Material team is collecting and submitting required samples - Track that monthly regrind samples have been submitted by material team - Track product required material retains (GS100 blends) have been submit to quality lab - Ensure Quality Compliance Items are completed in the required timeframes - Blender verifications as required - Monthly Carbon standards as required - NCLS samples are submitted as required - Quarterly carbon burns are completed as required - Color concentrate evaluations are completed as require - Regular inspections with documented communication to Plant team to ensure compliance with ADS Quality System, - Line walk (Each day) - Yard and Fabrication walk (3 times a week) - Review of RMA area each day - Maintain, schedule, and ensure proper calibration of quality measurement instruments - Plant quality tools used by operators - Lab Quality tools used for lab quality testing - Blender and scale calibrations - Facilitate external audits of home plant and external audits of sister plants as necessary including sample collection.
