The Inventory Specialist is responsible for the control, management, and planning of all inventories at DC location. A Yard Loader is responsible for safely and accurately loading and unloading all deliveries made and received by ADS. A Yard Loader must demonstrate safe and proper vehicle operation at all times.  This position also interacts with company and non-company drivers as well as will-call customers and should display excellent customer service skills. This position requires the flexibility to work 40+ hours per week and weekends as required. Remote   The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is the single point of contact for all project quotations and works directly with the ADS field sales representatives on a daily basis, and external customers on a limited basis. The main forms of communication that the ISR’s have are either over the phone, via e-mail, or through Chatter (Salesforce). The ISR works with the ADS field sales representatives to prepare new project quotations, prepare quotation revisions, assist in the pricing approval process, enter new planning projects, perform contact management/maintenance, and distribute submittal packages/product information upon request.  The Inside Sales Representative is also responsible for communicating with other Departments as needed, providing various reporting as needed, and performing other administrative duties as assigned or needed.  The Inside Sales Representative reports directly to the Inside Sales Supervisor.    Primary Job Responsibilities: The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: - Build rapport with the field sales reps and provide Salesforce support - Develop an understanding of the individual territory dynamics (i.e. customer relationships, pricing, competition, etc.). - Produce/deliver all quotes for the assigned sales territory\Prepare new projects/quotes within Salesforce, confirm the accuracy with the sales rep, and send to the customer. - Modify existing quotes with different quantities, products, customers, etc. - Ensure that the product numbers used on the Salesforce project quote match what is being requested by the sales rep and/or customer (serve as a check and balance). - Edit pricing on the Salesforce project quote to match the requested quoting strategy.  - Collaborate interdepartmentally to obtain products/pricing to generate quotes. - Enter planning projects into Salesforce as requested. - Manage (add/delete/update) the Salesforce account and contact list for the sales representative. - Review existing quotations in Salesforce to determine if pricing is still valid and/or update pricing through collaboration with the market analyst and outside sales rep. - Review a BOM to extract products needed to generate a finished quote - Maintain confidentiality of all trade secrets and other company/customer information. - Follow all company procedures and policies. - Create solutions. - Adhere to ADS guiding principles of honesty, professionalism, and core values. The Drain Basin Puller is responsible for properly identifying the correct dimensions of a drain basin outlet and fabricating a pulled stub for the eventual installation of a drain basin branch.  The parameters of such a pull must be maintained in a controlled temperature environment such that the basin body is heated to a formable temperature and then cooled after the pull to a solid state so that the resulting inner dimensions of the pull is receptive to the outer dimensions of the drain basin branch.  Daily communication regarding department performance with Production Manager is required.  Ultimate goal is to produce high quality parts with minimum downtime in the most safe and economical manner. The Drain Basin Puller must be flexible to work 40+ hours per week. Summary: The Quality Specialist is responsible for implementing quality methods and protocol in accordance with ADS Quality System. The Quality Specialist is also responsible for supporting Continuous Improvement on companywide initiatives as well as supporting plant specific projects as they arise.  The Quality Specialist reports directly to the Quality Process Manager and has a dotted line to Plant Manager.     Primary Job Responsibilities: - Maintain Quality Assurance (Lab Quality) portion of ADS Quality System so that requirements are being met. The Plant Maintenance Technician oversees and performs the preventive and reactive maintenance duties required for the manufacturing operations of the plant.
